    Sue has been in the wellness field since 1992 after her own personal success with individualized technology and left the corporate world to get licensed and certified to help educate others. Sue owned and operated health clubs in upstate NY for over 20 years working with her members on nutritional fueling and personal training. Relocating to Charlotte in 2013, Sue started with Total Nutrition Technology as a certified nutritional health educator and loves helping clients learn how to fuel muscle and burn fat instead of depriving and losing weight they cannot keep off.  – 585.944.0923

      Kelsey Weeden, RD, LDN

      Kelsey was born and raised in Alpharetta, Georgia. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Georgia Southern University. She completed her dietetic internship in Augusta, Georgia and has been a practicing Registered Dietitian since 2011. She loves helping her clients reach their health and wellness goals and specializes in weight management, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions. For fun you can find Kelsey hiking the Appalachian Trail, doing aerial yoga, traveling abroad, or going to Clemson football games with her husband. – 678.773.1955

        Katie is a Registered Dietitian whose passion for nutrition grew out of an intense interest in human physiology; she became fascinated with the idea that what you eat directly affects the function of your muscles and organs. She shares this passion for nutrition with others through individual coaching sessions, tailored specifically to each client’s history, health conditions, lifestyle preferences, and goals. Through metabolism testing, body composition analysis, and customized nutrition plans, Katie helps each client create a unique healthy lifestyle they enjoy, one they can maintain for the rest of their life.

        Katie graduated Magna Cum Laude from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics and completed her Dietetic Internship through Keene State College, with a focus on Community Nutrition Education & Wellness. There, she gained significant experience in one-on-one coaching with college students, adult faculty members and older adults in an outpatient hospital setting. She specializes in the prevention and management of chronic disease as well as food sensitivities.
