The reBalance Approach
reBalance trainers work with athletes of all levels from middle school age to adult professionals. We assess the individual, their health history, and current workout regime to customize workouts that are designed for their individual sport needs to maximize performance and prevent injury from overuse and repetitive movements.
FITNESS & STRENGTH
Fitness levels vary for all of our clients. Our reBalance trainers will first assess functional movement to make sure our clients move correctly. We then will assess their current fitness level to create a super fun and challenging workout. Clients come in anywhere from once to five times a week, we also offer general and/or customized workouts that can be completed on the go or in another gym if needed.
reBalace Mobility is designed to work with the older adult to address the issues that are inherent with aging such as balance, posture, coordination and activities of daily living along with overall health and fitness goals. We provide a safe, comfortable environment that is not intimidating with total supervision to ensure proper form and prevent injury.
RETURN TO ACTIVITY
Working with our affiliated Physical Therapists, reBalance trainers designed an assessment protocol that includes rehabilitative components to integrate into a fitness regime. We are the bridge for those that are released from Physical Therapy, rehab, or an old injury that are not yet ready to return to their sport,desired activity or unsupervised exercise.
We help clients set attainable goals and achieve their weight loss or weight grain results. Our trainers can design a monthly program to cater to each individual clients needs. We are complimentary to other fitness hobbies and training schedules as we encourage clients to expose themselves to other modalities of fitness to increase compliance and prevent plateauing. Here at reBalance, we offer full time nutrition services through Total Nutrition Technology and have Registered Dieticians on site.
Focusing on body weight movements for general strength and overall nutrition are two main areas of focus with our youth program. We focus on setting goals using safe methods with a reasonable timeline. reBalance trainers and TNT health educators focus on self-esteem and self-confidence building with our youth population.
