We have been very excited about our new expansion happening here at reBalance. We have received the opportunity to expand and now have two awesome studio units in the building. Expanding means more personal training services coming your way. From new group classes to new food products on deck, we hope our clients are as thrilled as we are.

Our personal trainers and new instructors are at their ready to start offering group exercises classes for our clients to enjoy. Classes and group personal training sessions create a fun environment to receive a great workout. It is wonderful seeing our client’s work together during their sessions, it adds more motivation and energy to the workout for all.

Benefits of Group Exercise

There are many benefits to consider regarding group exercise classes. They promote accountability and motivation, nothing better than a charged-up group pushing everyone to do their best. The classes add variety to your typical exercise regimen because we offer a number of different classes that range from cardio pace to yoga pace. It is an awesome opportunity to gain confidence in the gym by gaining the perspective that exercise can be fun. There are many more benefits that go hand in hand with group classes but these are important ones to consider.

Cardio Classes

Cardio classes include a variety of movements and exercises that get the heart rate pumping. Cardio exercises can vary greatly, but generally, it includes movement that increases blood circulation throughout the body and increases your heart rate. Joining in on cardio workouts will allow you to maximize a variety of cardiovascular benefits. 


High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training keeps the heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Intro to Yoga

This class introduces the history of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Participants will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on the participant understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. This class is beginner friendly and requires little to no yoga experience, it is an introductory course into the great practice of yoga.


This class allows you to learn methods of calming your mind, settling your body and finding a softer focus to your day. This class consists of a beginning breath work and then progressing into guided mindfulness meditation. 


This class offers a combination of multiple methods of stretching, foam rolling, muscle pain release, and movement quality improvement. It’s not flexibility, but it involves being flexible. This class aims to improve overall health by emphasizing the importance of being mobile. 

Strength and Conditioning

This class is designed to help shed excess fat while building strength and endurance. It offers fun and challenging workouts including low, medium, and high-intensity exercises that are specifically designed to target the entire body utilizing a variety of traditional, functional, and strength training. 

Youth Fitness

These classes offer fun and playful workouts. These low-intensity exercise classes are specifically designed for specific age groups and their developing skills and interests to help kids find the fun in fitness. 

Hopefully you were able to learn a thing or two that you didn’t know before about the certain classes we will be offering. Group exercise is such a fun form of exercise and we encourage all to participate in the classes. We are extremely excited and believe our group classes will be a commodity amongst our clients.
