    Welcome to reBalance, a community-focused private training facility designed to take the fear out of fitness. Experience health like never before with top-of-the-line facilities, certified professional trainers and physical therapists, individualized programs based on your personal goals and lifestyle, and socially-distanced small group classes. From children to senior citizens, our mission is to provide an inclusive fitness experience that is accessible for all ages. Whether it's challenging HIIT and cardio classes or restorative deep stretch and yoga flows, our holistic approach to fitness incorporates both physical AND mental wellness. We want our clients to move comfortably and safely when they train with us, which is why we also provide custom online workouts and personal training sessions through Zoom. We’re committed to keeping Charlotte healthy and in shape - one class at a time.

Here’s how to find us:

Pull into one of the two parking decks off Lombardy Circle. You can either park on the street level (first Lombardy deck – or L1 in the elevator) or on floors P1, P2, or P3. Park as close to an elevator as possible! 
Take the elevator to 2nd floor!
If you go to the ground level or lobby, just give us a call at 704-449-5658 and we will give you the code to get in!

    ( FOOT HEALTH ) Did you know your big toe is desig ( FOOT HEALTH ) Did you know your big toe is designed to move independently from the other toes? This independence plays a huge role in balance, walking, and overall foot strength. Over time, restrictive footwear and limited foot movement can reduce this ability.

Try this: Practice lifting your big toe while keeping the other toes down, then reverse it by lifting the smaller toes while keeping the big toe down. This helps restore foot strength, coordination, and balance.

If you go to the ground level or lobby before 6am, just give us a call at 704-449-5658 and we will give you the code to get in!

Most people make this mistake: using MAX pressure directly on painful spots 😬

Here's the RIGHT way for pain relief:

✅ Work AROUND the painful area (not directly on it)
✅ Use light-medium pressure (let the vibration do the work)
✅ Keep it moving - 10-15 seconds per area
✅ Focus on muscle bellies, avoid bones & joints

🚫 AVOID for acute injuries or fresh inflammation

💡 Best for: muscle tension, post-workout recovery, chronic knots

From the far side of the deck, walk into the courtyard and turn right.
The lobby will be on your right. Between 9am–6pm, you can also enter directly from the deck.

Take the elevator to the 2nd floor, turn right, then right again. You’ll see the yoga + fitness studio.

Our last day at 507 Providence Road is Monday February 23rd.

    I'm deeply saddened to announce that Sinclair, one I'm deeply saddened to announce that Sinclair, one of our Team Rebalance trainers, passed away in a car accident last night. 
Her compassion and inner strength inspired all who knew her. Sinclair played a significant role in supporting me prepping for our big move while also chasing her dreams of helping others through personal training here at reBalance.
We'll share updates on arrangements made by her family when we can.

Rest in peace, Sinclair; you'll be greatly missed, but we know you're in a better place now and throwing heavy AF weights around. ❤️🕊️
