    Welcome to reBalance, a community-focused private training facility designed to take the fear out of fitness. Experience health like never before with top-of-the-line facilities, certified professional trainers and physical therapists, individualized programs based on your personal goals and lifestyle, and socially-distanced small group classes. From children to senior citizens, our mission is to provide an inclusive fitness experience that is accessible for all ages. Whether it's challenging HIIT and cardio classes or restorative deep stretch and yoga flows, our holistic approach to fitness incorporates both physical AND mental wellness. We want our clients to move comfortably and safely when they train with us, which is why we also provide custom online workouts and personal training sessions through Zoom. We’re committed to keeping Charlotte healthy and in shape - one class at a time.

More importantly, you will feel totally content after dinner – no matter how late you stay up! If you still find yourself needing a little something sweet or salty, you’re probably under fueling during the day and need to increase your portions a little.”
